Member <br />Neprash seconded. <br /> <br /> Ayes: 4 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried <br /> <br />4. Communication Items <br /> <br /> Chair Wilke showed the other Commission members the thank you <br />proclamation to be sent to Mihai Marasteanu for his service on the <br />Commission.
