Introductions/Roll Call <br /> <br />Commission members present: Dan Shiely, Ernie Willenbring and Doug <br />Wilke <br /> <br />Commission members absent: Joel Fischer and Mihai Marasteanu <br /> <br />Staff present: Duane Schwartz, Public Works Director; Tim Pratt, <br />Recycling Coordinator <br /> <br />Others present: None <br /> <br />2. Public Comments <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />3. Approval of May meeting minutes <br /> <br />Member Shiely moved to approve the minutes of May 28,2005, of the <br />Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission. Member <br />Willenbring seconded. <br /> <br />Ayes: 3 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />4. Communications Items <br /> <br />Copies of the feasibility report for South Owasso Blvd reconstruction were <br />given to the Commission. <br /> <br />Member Willenbring said he spent quite a bit of time going over the whole <br />area and asked if the area between Western A venue and the railroad tracks <br />was going to have parking.
