Introductions/Roll Call <br /> <br />Commission members present: Dan Shiely, Ernie Willenbring, Joel <br />Fischer, Mihai Marasteanu and Doug Wilke <br /> <br />Commission members absent: none <br /> <br />Staff present: Duane Schwartz, Public Works Director; Tim Pratt, <br />Recycling Coordinator <br /> <br />Others present: none <br /> <br />2. Public Comments <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />3. Approval of June meeting minutes <br /> <br />Member Shiely said he had an amendment to the minutes. On Page 2, <br />Paragraph 3, it states "Member Shiely pointed out what he thought were <br />discrepancies in the report." He wanted the sentence changed to "Member <br />Shiely pointed out that the numbers do not tie out." <br /> <br />Member Shiely moved to approve the minutes of June 28, 2005, of the <br />Public Works, Enviromnent and Transportation Commission.
