Introductions/Roll Call <br /> <br />Commission members present: Joel Fischer, Ernie Willenbring, Dan <br />Shiely, and Doug Wilke <br /> <br />Commission members absent: none <br /> <br />Staff present: Duane Schwartz, Public Works Director <br /> <br />Others present: Jason Barry, Transtop Minnesota, Inc. <br /> <br />Chair Wilke made a change in the agenda. He moved Item 4 <br />Communication Items until later in the meeting to be discussed between <br />Items 8 and 9. <br /> <br />2. Public Comments <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />3. Approval of August meeting minutes <br /> <br />Member Shiely wanted a change on Page 3, Fifth Paragraph, it states, <br />"He's also unhappy with the painting of crosswalks..." He didn't like the <br />word unhappy and said there were other adjectives that could be used but <br />didn't say what he wanted it replaced with. Dissatisfied was used. <br /> <br />Member Shiely moved to approve the minutes of August 30, 2005, ofthe <br />Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission.
