<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 17, 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on January 17, 1966 at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were pre sent: <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1450 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is considered in the best public interests that the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, petitions the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Ramsey County, Minnesota, to construct an outlet in Ramsey County <br />Ditch No. Five (5) at its intersection with the Minnesota Transfer Railway <br />Company right of way lying within the Village of New Brighton, Ramsey <br />County, Minne sota , <br /> <br />NOW I THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF R08EVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute a Petition requesting the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Ramsey County, Minnesota, to construct an outlet in Ramsey County Ditch <br />No. Five (5) at its intersection with the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company <br />right of way lying within the Village of New Brighton, Minnesota, a copy of <br />said Petition being attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager of the Village of Ro seville, <br />Minnesota, is hereby directed to certify a copy of this resolution and attach <br />it to said Petition. <br />
