To grant permission to the Village of Rosevl11e to <br /> <br />oonstruct an outlet 1n Ramsey County Ditch No. Five (5), to be used as an <br /> <br />outlet for the storm sewer system to be constructed within the Village of <br /> <br />Rosev1l1e and to drain the following- described real property lying within the <br /> <br />Vl11afje of RosevUle. Ram sey County, Minnesota, to-wit: <br /> <br />Section Eight (8), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range <br />Twenty-three (23), Ramsey County, Minnesota, and <br />that part of Section Five (5), Township Twenty-nine (29), <br />Range Twenty-three (23), Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />lying Westerly of the Minnesota Transfer Railway <br />Company right of way. <br /> <br />Baid outlet to Ramsey County Ditch No. Five (5) is requested at the <br /> <br />intersection of County Ditch No. Five (5) and the right of way of the <br /> <br />Minnesota Transfer Railway Company lying within the Village of New <br /> <br />Brighton, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />2. To have the County proceed pursuant to <br /> <br />M.B.A. S106.531. <br /> <br />3. It 1s neoessary for tbe public interests for the <br /> <br />Village of Rosevil1e to constnlct a storm sewer system to drain the area <br />
