During our telephone conversation <br />on December 7, 2005 you requested the sanitary sewer flow volumes generated by Roseville <br />during the years 2002, 2003 and 2004. <br /> <br />As we discussed On December 7, during 2002, 2003 and 2004, the Metropolitan Council <br />Environmental Services (MCES) billed its customer communities on actual flows generated each <br />quarter. A community's monthly bill was based On 1/3 of the total quarterly flow six months <br />prior to the quarter in which the monthly bill was due. Therefore, a City's wastewater service <br />bill for January 2004 for example would have been based On 1/3 of the total volume that <br />occurred during the third quarter of 2003. Based On tIns understanding you had requested that <br />both calendar year flow volume totals and billed year flow volume totals be provided. <br /> <br />The following is a summary of the volume data that you requested. I have also included the <br />wastewater service charges that would have been incurred by Roseville.
