Member Neprash said it could be that the language in the ordinance is enough but maybe the city attorney will require some kind of penalty language. Member Neprash questioned the lack of a size trigger in the ordinance. Bloom said they were still evaluating that. Member Neprash said one possibility would be to take the square footage need for a single house. Member Neprash suggested language addressing washing out of concrete trucks and also trash and debris control. He also suggested adding language saying the contractor is responsible for damages resulting from their noncompliance, such as flooding basements due to erosion clogging storm drains. 6. Update on Capital Region Watershed District Rules Process Duane Schwartz and Deb Bloom updated the Commission on the progress of the watershed's attempt to implement new rules. 7. 2006 Work Plan Discussion Topics that have been suggested by Commission members were passed out. Duane Schwartz discussed additions he wanted to make of discussion ofthe City's Comprehensive Plan and also funding for a city-wide traffic model. Erosion Control discussion will be added to the April agenda. Schwartz said he would like to discuss traffic policies at some point and also updates on the Twin Lakes Development. Member Willenbring suggested discussing sight distances at comers in July or August. Member Fischer said he would be willing to give a presentation on problems with petroleum storage tanks.
