Can reduce some types of accidents (late evening hit and run parked vehicle <br /> accidents and crashes related to parking maneuvers) <br /> . <br />Disadvantages . In area where on-street parking is at capacity and there is no alternative off- <br /> street parking additional restriction to parking can be controversial to residents <br /> . <br />Problems Targeted .
