Bloom said residents always have the <br />oppOliunity to go before the Council. <br /> <br />Schwartz said staff has checked with other cities to see how they handle <br />this situation and there isn't any standard. Some do it the way Roseville <br />has been, others send everything back to Council to be approved. <br /> <br />Member Neprash said he thought it was reasonable and professional to <br />have these matters handled at the stafflevel and that should be the <br />Commission's recommendation to the Council. <br /> <br />Chair Wilke said his understanding was that the Council was thinking of <br />having the Public Works Commission make the decisions regarding <br />signage but said he agreed with Member Neprash that it should be handled <br />at the staff level.
