Cooperative agreements. The <br />commissioner may enter into cooperative agreements with federal <br />and state agencies for training, certification, inspection, and <br />enforcement programs and may make reports to the United States <br />Environmental Protection Agency and other federal agencies as <br />required or requested. The co~~issioner may adopt and enforce <br />federal standards, regulations, or orders relating to pesticide <br />regulation when determined to be in the best interest of <br />citizens of the state. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Training agreements.
