<br />Structure. Anything manufactured, constructed or erected which is normally attached to <br />or positioned on land, including portable structures, earthen structures, roads, water and <br />storage systems, drainage facilities and parking lots. <br /> <br />Subdivision or Subdivide. The separation of an area, parcel, or tract of land under <br />single ownership into two or more parcels, tracts, lots. <br /> <br />Trout Brook Interceptor. That portion of the Trout Brook Storm Sewer that is owned <br />and operated by the District. <br /> <br />Wastewater. Any water or other liquid, other than uncontaminated stormwater, <br />discharged from a facility. <br /> <br />Water Basin. An enclosed natural depression with definable banks capable of <br />containing water that may be partly filled with public waters. <br /> <br />Wetland Conservation Act <br /> <br /> <br />ds as defmed in these Rules. <br /> <br />Waterbody. All water basins, watercourses, and w <br /> <br />Watercourse. A natural or improved stream, ri <br />gully, swale, or wash in which waters flow co <br />direction. <br /> <br />Watershed. Land transitional betwe <br />Minnesota Statutes Section 103 <br /> <br />and aquatic systems as defined in <br />ion 19. <br /> <br />esota Wetland Conservation Act of 1991. <br /> <br />Rule B: <br /> <br />PERMIT PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />1. APPLICATION REQUIRED. Any person, or political subdivision, <br />undertaking an activity for which a permit is required by these Rules shall, prior <br />to commencing work, submit to the District a permit application, engineering <br />design data, plans, specifications and such other information and exhibits as may <br />be required by these rules. Permit applications shall be signed by the owner or the <br />owner's authorized agent, except for activities of a political subdivision which <br />may be signed by either an authorized agent of the political subdivision or the <br />general contractor. Three copies of all supporting materials, including site plans, <br />narratives and hydrologic calculations, shall be submitted with the completed <br />application.
