PLANNING FILE 3692
CONTINUATION of the Roseville Comprehensive Plan Update Process – Review of
technical update schedule with various City Commissions.
Chair Traynor advised that staff and various advisory commissions were exploring how best
to proceed with the Comprehensive Plan Update in light of staff’s recent conclusion that large
scale revisions were necessary, and that technical revisions would be difficult to isolate from
those larger revisions. Chair Traynor noted that the community visioning process was
nearing completion and would help inform any Comprehensive Plan changes made next
year. Chair Traynor noted that staff had determined that a Planning Commission resolution
recommending to the City Council funding for a consultant was not necessary at this time.
MOTION:
Member Wozniak moved, seconded by Member Bakeman, to carry over discussion of
the Comprehensive Plan Update Process to the next meeting.
Ayes: 7
Nays: 0
Motion carried.
6.
