Planning Commission Meeting <br />Minutes – Wednesday, December 06, 2006 <br />Page 9 <br />quorum and to conduct business. <br />Given the activities of the Planning Commission; pending business and other subcommittee <br />considerations, Commission Doherty agreed to apply as a volunteer for consideration on the Rice <br />Street Technical Advisory Committee for Ramsey County. <br />Commissioner Roe advised that he would be officially resigning at the end of the January 3, 2007 <br />Planning Commission meeting to assume his duties on the City Council. <br />Chair Traynor expressed his hope that, out of the visioning process new interest from the public in <br />serving their community would be apparent, and volunteered his assistance as requested. <br />Commissioners thanked Commissioner Roe for his exemplary service to the Commission, and his <br />extra work on specific projects. <br />7. Adjournment <br />Chair Traynor thanked staff and Commissioners; and adjourned the meeting at 9:07 p.m. <br />
