The required building or <br />structure setback is 40 feet. <br />After review of the criteria for a variance (within project report dated February 1, 2006) <br />the staff determined that there is justification for granting a variance to Section 1007.01 <br />of the Roseville City Code to allow the installation/construction of an emergency power <br />generator set 19 feet from the front property line at 2950 Long Lake Road. <br />The staff recommended approval of a 19 foot front yard setback VARIANCE to Section <br />1007.01 of the City Code (Industrial Building Front Yard Setback Requirements) to <br />allow the installation of an emergency generator adjacent to Long Lake Road based on <br />the findings in Section 5 and the following conditions: <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br />
