<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 24, 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 24th day of January, <br />1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1453 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Public Works Director, Lowell Odland, has prepared <br />plans and specifications for placement of drainage culverts under <br />County Road "C" and the Northern Pacific Railway Company tracks <br />immediately east of Victoria Street and has presented such plans and <br />specifications to the Council for approval; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in <br />the official newspaper advertisement of bid for making such improvement <br />under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall <br />be published 10 days prior to date of opening, shall specify the work to <br />be done, shall state the bids will be opened and considered by the <br />Council at 11:30 a.m., February 14, 1966, in the Council Chambers of <br />the Village Hall and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and <br />filed with the Clerk, accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, <br />bid bond or certified check, payable to the Clerk for 10% of the amount <br />of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being held thereon, the <br />following voted in favor: All <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
