EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 24, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 24th day of January, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields Member Curley introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1453 WHEREAS, the Public Works Director, Lowell Odland, has prepared plans and specifications for placement of drainage culverts under County Road "C" and the Northern Pacific Railway Company tracks immediately east of Victoria Street and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof are hereby approved. 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official newspaper advertisement of bid for making such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published 10 days prior to date of opening, shall specify the work to be done, shall state the bids will be opened and considered by the Council at 11:30 a.m., February 14, 1966, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk, accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check, payable to the Clerk for 10% of the amount of such bid. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being held thereon, the following voted in favor: All and the following against: None WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
