McKenzie will invite a
contact with expertise in this area to discuss these
procedures at the next meeting.

IV. Approval of Minutes Deutsch motioned, Larmore seconded the
approval of the September 15, 1992 Minutes. All ayes.

V. Committee Reports.

A. Multicultural Event.
Discussion was held regarding the success of the recent
Multicultural Event at Rosedale. Things to consider if
Commission sponsors this event again: needed chairs
around the Korean brush painters for an audience; use
the P.A. system to encourage people to visit exhibits;
October seemed to be a busy month to book performers;
consider using more arts & crafts rather than performers
so people will walk around more; there should be
something eye-catching on the tables. It was decided
that the signature posters should be circulated to the
schools and the library and one will be posted at city
Hall.
