<br />HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION MINUTES <br />TUESDAY, JANUARY 9,1996 <br /> <br />I. Approval of Minutes <br />Mike Trainor moved, Jill Bergquist seconded, that the minutes of the December <br />12, 1995 meeting be approved. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: All present. Nays: None. <br /> <br />IV. Bias/Hate Crimes <br />No Report <br /> <br />V. Grievance Uodate <br />No Report. <br /> <br />VI. Essay Contest <br />Jill Bergquist and Janet Henquinet reviewed the approximately 200 essays <br />submitted, selecting approximately 20 for further consideration. The <br />Commission members reviewed and graded the top essays.
