<br />Memo <br /> <br />To: Human Rights Commissioners <br /> <br />From: Debbie Zamow <br /> <br />Re: November 10, 1998 Meeting Summary <br /> <br />Date: November 20, 1998 <br /> <br />The Tuesday, November 10, 1998 meeting of the Roseville Human Rights Commission was not <br />held because a quorum was not present. The following members attended: Jill Bergquist, Jan <br />Gordon, Mike Hennes and youth representative, Marcella Houser. <br /> <br />Commission members discussed the following: <br /> <br />1. Bias Complaint <br />As of the meeting date, the complainant has not returned the intake fonn. <br /> <br />2, Human Rights Essay Contest <br />The questions have been sent to the schools and were published in the local paper. Jan <br />Gordon agreed to contact the schools to remind them of the deadline. Mike Hennes has <br />agreed to pick up the completed essays from the schools on November 30. <br /> <br />3. Cable Program/Promotion <br />The Commission members viewed the public service announcement that will air on cable. <br /> <br />4. Other Business <br />Two posters from the League will be posted at Roseville Area High School. <br /> <br />Minutes from the October 13 meeting will be voted on during the next meeting scheduled for <br />Tuesday, December 8, at 7:00 p.m. <br />
