3) A third need of the Human Rights Commission is a Publicity/Community Outreach
Subcommittee. Persons serving on this subcommittee will ensure that copies of the
Roseville Human Rights Commission brochure are in place at city hall, in local libraries,
in local schools, in local communities centers, and other public places. Subcommittee
members can obtain posters from the League (we also have some posters at city hall) to
post in schools, libraries, and other public places. Finally, this subcommittee will
identify other methods in which we can keep our name in the public eye.

Please give me a call as soon as possible to let me know in what capacity you can help
out. Time is of the essence for the first subcommittee especially. Again, if! do not
receive volunteers, I will assign people to the various tasks. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Jill Bergquist
651-486-8661 (home)
651-687 -44 79 (work)
e-mail: Jill.Bergquist@westgroup.com
