Dance <br /> <br />Assembling a committee to discuss outreach, increase membership on the committee with <br />the hopes hundreds of people will be involved. <br /> <br />Howard Wagner attended the Park and Recreation Commission on 10/2/01. At the <br />meeting the Commission discussed involving the Human Rights Commission, school <br />district, musical groups, Park and Recreation, historical society, arts council, Rosetown <br />players and school district. <br /> <br />One idea Bob had was street perfonners on pathway. <br /> <br />Asking for as many people as interested should be involved. Next meeting 2-3 weeks. <br /> <br />Thelma said the event is multi generational, simple, accessible and said "A ROSE OF <br />MANY DIFFERENT COLORS". <br /> <br />How do we sell it? A statement <br />that can be widely distributed, clarifying the basic tenets of Islam, particularly <br />toward violence, so that the public understands its position toward terrorism. <br /> <br />B. Develop a panel of Islamic resource persons throughout the state, who can speak <br />to different age levels (you may very well have several of those persons in your <br />community). <br /> <br />C.
