<br />district and asking about the RAS Diversity Council and when the next meeting is scheduled. <br />Commissioner Vnuk's term on the Diversity Council expired and we are looking to replace <br />her but would like additional information, including when the next meeting is so that a <br />Commissioner could attend. <br /> <br />Wilder Foundation Report <br /> <br />Commissioners tabled the discussion and requested that staff send copies with the next <br />meeting agenda. <br /> <br />Discussion of How Commission Handles Complaints <br /> <br />The HRC has a policy of how to respond if a hatelbias crime has been committed. The <br />Commission does not have a written response policy for responding when a complaint does <br />not fall under the legal definition of a hate crime. Commissioners asked staff to speak with <br />the City Attorney about a response plan that does not have an enforcement component. <br /> <br />Other <br /> <br />Chair McKenzie announced that Steve Zorn has resigned fyom the Commission. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m. <br /> <br />2 <br />
