<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Minnesota Community Project <br /> <br />Carolyn Curti circulated a copy of the report The Changing Shape of Minnesota which <br />reported on an in depth study of Minnesotans' attitudes about a variety of issues including <br />race and immigration. Commissioners discussed immigration issues and changing attitudes in <br />Minnesota. Several Commissioners requested copies of the 86 page report. <br /> <br />Commissioners then discussed ways to reach members of the community. Commissioners <br />suggested that we promote what is good in the community, others said we need to work with <br />children. Others want ways to "spice up" the discussion about human rights, make it more <br />interesting. Chair McKenzie asked Commissioners to brainstorm ideas to do outreach to the <br />community. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Commissioner Vnuk moved to adjourn and Commissioner Crump seconded the motion. <br />Motion passed. <br /> <br />3 <br />
