Identify factors and implement strategies that will create an equitable <br />working environment to attract and retain staff representative of our <br />student population. <br /> <br />2. Provide open access for all students and families to increase academic <br />achievement as measured by achievement data and program participation. <br /> <br />3. Formalize a process, then identify and eliminate school system policies, <br />practices, and structures that perpetuate inequities based on our Equity <br />Vision. <br /> <br />Achievement <br /> <br />Roseville Area Schools will: <br /> <br />1. Significantly narrow the achievement gap - specifically the race based <br />and economically based gaps. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. Develop and implement strategies that will yield at least one year's <br />academic growth for each student. <br /> <br />3. Expand Roseville Area Schools' educational options to reflect the needs <br />of our community. <br /> <br />Leadership <br /> <br />Roseville Area Schools will: <br /> <br />1. Support the leadership development of staff. <br /> <br />2. Develop and implement a plan at each school to promote and enhance the <br />student leadership skills of respect and responsibility. <br /> <br />. <br />
