Introductions/Roll Call <br /> <br />Commission members present: Joel Fischer, Jim DeBenedet, and Ernie <br />Willenbring <br /> <br />Commission members absent: Randy Neprash <br /> <br />Staff present: Duane Schwartz, Public Works Director; Deb Bloom, City <br />Engineer <br /> <br />Others present: Chris Roy, Amr Jabr, and Marc Goess, Mn/DOT <br /> <br />2. Public Comments <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />3. Approval of October meeting minutes <br /> <br />Member Fischer moved to approve the minutes of October 24,2006, of <br />the Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission. Member <br />DeBenedet seconded but had some questions. He asked if one of the <br />residents on Page 2 near the bottom had meant to talk about using Fry Ave <br />going north to County Road C as being one of the alternatives. Duane <br />Schwartz said he thought David Austin had. Member DeBenedet said that <br />should be noted. Member Willenbring said that at the top of Page 2 where <br />it says "Duane Schwartz presented the three alternatives. . . ", Member <br />Willenbring had also presented a fourth alternative, which was to do <br />nothing; and he wanted that noted. <br /> <br />Ayes: 3 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
