<br />Item Out of Order <br /> <br />2. Public Conunents <br /> <br />Yul Yost <br />He spoke afhis concern for Langton Lake and showed pictures of <br />drainage outlets. His backyard floods with 3" of rain. He's been cleaning <br />trash from the outlets and asked if they could be made easier to open. <br />Member Willenbring said they're made to be difficult to open to keep <br />children out. <br /> <br />Schwartz said that the city is currently bidding out for pond outlet cleanup. <br /> <br />4. Communication Items <br /> <br />Schwartz updated the Commission on current projects going on in the city <br />and the progress on updating the comp plan. <br /> <br />Member Willenbring asked about a replacement for Doug Wilke, the <br />former chair of the Commission who resigned. Schwartz said the Council <br />decided that since the regular appointment process was coming up at the <br />end of the year, they would wait until then and not make any special <br />appointments. <br /> <br />Member Willenbring asked about chairing the meeting. Members decided <br />that Member Willenbring could be the interim chair until January and then <br />they would vote on a permanent chair. <br /> <br />6. Discussion of November and December Meeting Dates <br /> <br />The Commission agreed to meet on the regular November date of the 28th <br />and to skip the December meeting. <br /> <br />7.
