<br />DRAFT <br /> <br />VII. BUILDING ELEVATIONS <br /> <br />The College has previously developed concept plans for the Life and Health Fitness <br />Center and a new residence hall. These concept plans were included in the PUD <br />Amendment submitted in 1986 by the College. Plans have not progressed for these two <br />buildings beyond the concept design phase. Once plans are fully developed for these and <br />the other proposed buildings on campus, the College will submit plans to Arden Hills and <br />Roseville for review. During the design of the proposed facilities, current architectural <br />guidelines will be followed.
