Communication Items The Roseville Area High School Earth Group Environmental Project was moved to the next meeting for discussion. The Grass Lake Water Management Organization survey was discussed. Results will be presented at the May meeting. Roseville Cleanup Day was discussed. 5. Storm Water Annual Meeting - Phase II Pat Dolan, Facilities Supervisor, presented the annual report. Member Neprash asked how to determine where the environmentally sensitive areas were. Mr. Schwartz said that we do have a map showing them. Chair DeBenedet asked when the second street sweeping would occur. Mr. Schwartz said there is a full sweeping now and again in August, but there is intermittent sweeping during the year, which depends on the weather or construction projects, etc. Chair DeBenedet asked what type of sweeper was used. Mr. Schwartz said we have mechanical sweepers. Chair DeBenedet said he had heard that additional sweepings after the spring don't really have any benefit. Chair DeBenedet said he sat in on the interviews for the new commission member and that everyone stated storm water was one of their main concerns. Chair DeBenedet asked if the city had a permit for the maintenance facility. Mr. Schwmiz said they weren't required to have an industrial permit.
