Communication Items <br /> <br />The Roseville Area High School Earth Group Environmental Project was <br />moved to the next meeting for discussion. <br /> <br />The Grass Lake Water Management Organization survey was discussed. <br />Results will be presented at the May meeting. <br /> <br />Roseville Cleanup Day was discussed. <br /> <br />5. Storm Water Annual Meeting - Phase II <br /> <br />Pat Dolan, Facilities Supervisor, presented the annual report. <br /> <br />Member Neprash asked how to determine where the environmentally <br />sensitive areas were. Mr. Schwartz said that we do have a map showing <br />them. <br /> <br />Chair DeBenedet asked when the second street sweeping would occur. <br />Mr. Schwartz said there is a full sweeping now and again in August, but <br />there is intermittent sweeping during the year, which depends on the <br />weather or construction projects, etc. <br /> <br />Chair DeBenedet asked what type of sweeper was used. Mr. Schwartz <br />said we have mechanical sweepers. Chair DeBenedet said he had heard <br />that additional sweepings after the spring don't really have any benefit. <br /> <br />Chair DeBenedet said he sat in on the interviews for the new commission <br />member and that everyone stated storm water was one of their main <br />concerns. <br /> <br />Chair DeBenedet asked if the city had a permit for the maintenance <br />facility. Mr. Schwmiz said they weren't required to have an industrial <br />permit. <br /> <br />Member Neprash asked how many sub-manholes the city has in the <br />system.
