<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 29, 1966. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held in the Village Hall in <br />said Village on January 29, 1966, at 9:30 a.m. The following <br />members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholmj and <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields, <br /> <br />and no members were absent. <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1458 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1446 of the Roseville <br />Village Council adopted on January 17, 1966, a report has been <br />prepared by Lowell Odland with reference to the improvement of <br />County Road C from the east right of way line of Dale to the <br />west right of way line of Rice Street by the installation of <br />concrete curbs and gutters, and the widening of County Road C <br />to include 41 feet of bituminous pavement, and this report <br />was received by the Council on January 29, 1966, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of <br />such street in accordance with the report and assessment of <br />abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minn. Stats., Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 <br />(Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost <br />of the improvement of $55,030.00. <br />
