It is hereby foune and determined that it is necessary at the <br />present time to iE'sue and sell imy;rovement bonds of the Village in the amount <br />of $600,000 for the purpose of providi.ng moneys for the payment of adCitional <br />costs of Sanita~' Sewer Improvement No.1, in accorcance with the provisions <br />of the resolution adopted ,June 26, 1956, en titled IlResoluticn Creating <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bond Sinking Fund, Autl:ori:?,ing the Issuance of <br />$1,000,000 Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds, Series A, and Establishing the <br />Forr.-: and Terms Thereof". <br /> <br />2. This council s::all meet at the time and place sT'ecified in the <br />form of notic:e herein contained, for the purpose of receiving, opening and <br />considering sealed bids for and awarding the sale of said additional bonds, <br />and the Village "'lerk is hereby authori zed and directed to cause notice of <br />the time, place and purpose of said meeting to be published in the Rose <br />Tribune and in tr.e Commercial West, Minneapolis, !tinnesota, not leSE than <br />Ie days prior to the date of said meeting, which notice shall be in substan- <br />tially the following form: <br />
