<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />January 29, 1966 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the <br /> <br />Village Hall in said village on the 29th day of January, 1966, at 7:30 o'clock <br /> <br />p.M. <br /> <br />The followinG members lTere present: <br /> <br />Cedarholm, Curley, Goodrich <br /> <br />Grauel and Shields <br />and the following were absent: none <br /> <br />Member Cur ley <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1460 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVm]Ji!G FOR PUBLIC SALE <br />OF \VATER IMPROVEMENT BOlIDS, SERIES 5 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. It is hereby found and determined that it is necessary at the <br />present time to issue and sell improvement bonds of the Village in the amount <br />of $ 2, 950, OOlf)or the purpose of providing moneys for the payment of the cost <br />of vTater Improvements No. 62-2 and 64-4, and tae refunding on May 1, 1966 of that <br />portion of the $3,265,000 Temporary Improvement Bonds, Series 1 in excess of <br />the assessments and other funds on hand and available for the payment of said <br />bonds on said date, in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429, and the resolution adopted November 7, 1962, entitled l~esolution <br />Establishing a Sinking Fund for the Payment of Water Improvement Bonds and <br />Appropriating to that Fund Taxes and Special Assessments Levied for Improvements <br />Financed by Such Bonds". <br /> <br />.1- <br />
