<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD FEBRUARY 14, 1966. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall <br />in said Village on February 14, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The <br />following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm; and <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich and Grauel, <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: <br /> <br />Shields. <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following Resolution <br />and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1463 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve certain lands <br />lying within the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />State of Minnesota, legally described in Exhibit "A", <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof. The improvement <br />will consist of the installation of storm sewers and <br />necessary appurtenances on public right-of-ways unto <br />which said land maybe drained, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to assess the benefited <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, <br />pursuant to Minn. Stats., Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, <br />Ch. 398, as amended), <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the proposed improvement be referred to <br />Roger B. Short for study and that he is instructed to report <br />to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council <br />in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement <br />is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />
