<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD FEBRUARY 14, 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />at the Village Hall in said Village on the 14th day of February, 1966 <br />at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: Trustee Shields <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the following Resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1464 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED SUPPLEMENTAL ASSESSMENT <br />ON TWO PARCELS OF PROPERTY ON WATER IMPROVEMENT 64-4: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll on Water Improvement 64-4 was <br />adopted by Resolution No. 1061, dated October 12, 1964, and certified <br />to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owner of Lot 3, Block 8, Fairview Heights Plat #3 <br />did entirely pay the amount of said assessment on Water Improvement 64-4, <br />in 1964, but said payment was inadvertently credited to Lot 4, Block 8, <br />Fairview Heights Plat #3, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, both of the parcels above described are presently connected <br />to and use the municipal water system through construction of Water <br />Improvement 64-4 and are benefited by said improvement, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Manager has notified the Council that said <br />supplemental assessment has now been completed and filed in his office, <br />for public inspection, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 'IllE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLrnVS: <br /> <br />1. A hearing shall be held on the 14th day of March, 1966, in <br />the Village Hall, at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed <br />supplemental assessment and at such time and place the owners <br />of the properties affected by such improvement will be given <br />the opportunity to be heard with reference to such supplemental <br />assessment. <br />
