Paul, Minnesota, on M;)nday, the 14.th day- of February " 196~, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following meD\bers were present: Mayor Cedarholm J Trustees Cur ley J Goodricll and Grauel and the following were absent: Trustee Shields l-'lember Goodrich introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 1469 RESOLUTION RELATING ro APPOR'l'IONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS REIATING TO CONSOUDATED WATER IMProVEMENTS NUMBERED 62-2. 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 BE IT RESOLVED by the Villae;e Council of the Village of Roseville, Minne- sota as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for OOnsolidated Water Improvements numbered 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 as finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1964, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 19, 1964 and WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments and appor- tionment of previous assessments in respect to Water Improvement Numbered 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 on December 13, 1965, at which time assessments were amended as provided by Resolution No. 1411 adopting and confirming reassessments and certi- fied in the office of the OOunty Auditor of Ramsey County and WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and
