The following members were nresfmt: An anc the following were absent: None introducec the following resolution and Trustee lIamllersten movec its adontion: RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSt~~SED AND ORl'KRING PR~PARATION OF PROPOSEI' ASSE~SMFNT WliEREAS, contracts have been let for the impravement of Scmitary Sewer Improvement No.1 of the Village of Roseville,anc the contract prices for sairl improvement and expenses already incurred ann estimated to be incurred in the making of saie improvement amount to $2,600,000 so that the total cost of saicl improvement will be $2,600,000; am1 of Flis cost the Village will pay $L79,350 Dollars ($h79,350) as its share of the cost. NOW T;;ERE?ORE, BE IT ::tESOJYFD BY TH2: VUUGE COUNCIL OF THE VIL1AGE OF ROSEVILLF, MINN SOTA: 1. The cost 0: such improvement to be crecially assessed is beret] declared to be $2,120,650 Dollars ($2,120,650). 2. The VU] age Clerk, with the assistance of Banister Enginef;ring Company, ~hall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valu- ation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed 3.ssessment in his office for public inspection. 3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proDosed assessment, notify the Council thereof.
