<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the <br /> <br />21st day of February, 1966, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Curley, <br /> <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: none <br /> <br />Trustee Curley then introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1474 <br /> <br />RESOLtJrION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-46 <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to advertisement for bids for Dmprovement No. <br /> <br />65-46, according to the plans and specifications thereof on file <br /> <br />in the office of the Clerk of said village, said bids were received <br /> <br />on February 21, 1966 at 11:30 o'clock A.M., opened and tabulated <br /> <br />according to law and the following bids were received complying <br /> <br />with the advertisement: <br />
