EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD FEBRUARY 21, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 21st day of February, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and none were absent. Member Curley introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1475 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED SUPPLH1ENTAL ASSESSMENT ON CERTAIN PROPERTY WHICH IS A PART OF SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 WHEREAS, the assessment roll on Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 was adopted by Resolution No. 491 dated the 6th day of October, 1957, and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, and WHEREAS, there was an erroneous frontage in computing the assessment, and WHEREAS, the Manager has notified the Council that said supplemental assessment has now been completed and filed in his office for public inspection, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 14th day of March, 1966, at the Village Hall, at 7:30 p.m., to pass upon such proposed supplemental assessment and at such time and place the owners of the properties affected by such improvement will be given the opportunity to be heard with reference to such supplemental assessment. 2. The Village Manager is hereby directed to cause notices of the hearing on the proposed supplemental assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing and he shall cause mailed notices to be given to the owners of the parcels of property proposed for the supplemental assessment, which are described as follows:
