<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON FEBRUARY 21, 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on February 21, <br />1966 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm; and <br />Trustees Shields, Curley, Goodrich and Grauel; <br /> <br />and no one was absent. <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following Resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1476 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING Ol'J <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 66-14.' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1462 adopted by the <br />Roseville Village Council at its regular Council meeting on February 14, <br />1966, a report has been prepared by Roger B. Short with reference to the <br />improvement of that area in the Village of Roseville legally described in <br />Exhibit A which is attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, by <br />installation of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances, and this report <br />was received by the Council on February 18, 1966; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILlAGE OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Village Council will consider the improvement of such <br />real property in accordance with the report and the assessment of the real <br />property described in Exhibit A attached hereto, for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Stats., ~429.011 to ~429.111 <br />(Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended), at an estimated cost for Improvement <br />No. 66-14 of $435,000.00). <br />
