EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD FEBRUARY 21, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 21st day of February, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarllolm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1478 WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville contracts for electrical inspection on a fee basis; AND WHEREAS it is mutually agreed between the Village Council and the electrical inspector that the inspector's compensation in electrical fees over $50.00 should be changed; NOW, THEREFORE, .BE IT RESOLVED that the electrical inspector be compensated on the following basis: 1. On electrical permits where the fee is $50.00 or less, the inspector shall be compensated 80 per cent of the fee. 2. On electrical permits where the fee is more than $50.00 the inspector shall be compensated SO per cent of the fee. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Goodrich and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All present and the following against: None WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
