The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the Ramsey County Suburban Life, the official paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. The advertise- ment shall be published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the Village Clerk and Village Public Works Director at ll:30 o'clock a.m. on March 23, 1966, in the Village Hall, that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit or certified check pay- able to the clerk for ten percent {lO%) of the amount of such bid and that the advertisement shall state a completion date of (I1,J~; 3(" / Y~,6 . -';7 / The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Goodrich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: all and the following against: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
