<br />The Village Council does hereby amend Resolution No. 1061, <br />dated October 12, 1964, as follows: <br /> <br />1) By sbowing thereon that there remains due and unpaid the <br />entire assessment for Water Improvement 64-4 on the following described <br />property: <br /> <br />Amount of <br />Assessment <br /> <br />Total <br />Amoun t of <br />Assessment <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 8, Fairview <br />Heights, Plat #3 <br />Auditor's No. 79267204008 <br />Service <br />Front <br /> <br />$ 75.00 <br />427.50 <br /> <br />$502.50 <br /> <br />the above assessment to be payable in installments and at interest as <br />provided in Resolution No. 1061, except that two installments shall be <br />payable in 1966, with interest to commence on the first installment at <br />the same time as interest commenced in the original Resolution No. 1061, <br />and with interest on the second installment, also payable in 1966, to be <br />computed by first deducting the principal amount paid by the first installment <br />and then the balance of said installments to be included with the original <br />assessment roll with said Water Improvement 64-4. <br /> <br />2) On November 6, 1964, (as shown by Village Receipt $17477), the <br />owner of the following described property prepaid the entire amount of the <br />assessment on the following described property, and the assessment shall <br />be hereby corrected, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 8, Fairview <br />Heights, Plat #3 <br />Auditor's No. 79267203008, <br /> <br />said prepayment of said assessment amounting to $502.50. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Shields and upon a vote being held thereon, <br />the following ~ed in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
