The Village Council does hereby amend Resolution No. 1061, dated October 12, 1964, as follows: 1) By sbowing thereon that there remains due and unpaid the entire assessment for Water Improvement 64-4 on the following described property: Amount of Assessment Total Amoun t of Assessment Lot 4, Block 8, Fairview Heights, Plat #3 Auditor's No. 79267204008 Service Front $ 75.00 427.50 $502.50 the above assessment to be payable in installments and at interest as provided in Resolution No. 1061, except that two installments shall be payable in 1966, with interest to commence on the first installment at the same time as interest commenced in the original Resolution No. 1061, and with interest on the second installment, also payable in 1966, to be computed by first deducting the principal amount paid by the first installment and then the balance of said installments to be included with the original assessment roll with said Water Improvement 64-4. 2) On November 6, 1964, (as shown by Village Receipt $17477), the owner of the following described property prepaid the entire amount of the assessment on the following described property, and the assessment shall be hereby corrected, to-wit: Lot 3, Block 8, Fairview Heights, Plat #3 Auditor's No. 79267203008, said prepayment of said assessment amounting to $502.50. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Shields and upon a vote being held thereon, the following ~ed in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
