<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. HELD ON MARCH 9, 1966. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ** * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Cafetorium of the Alexander Ramsey High School, 1261 West <br />Highway 36, Ramsey County, Minnesota, at 7:30 p.m. The following <br />members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm; and <br />Trustees Shields I Curley, Goodrich and Grauel. <br /> <br />Member Goodrich <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />, introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1483 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. 66-15 AND <br />PREPARATION OF PlANS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1477 of the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, adopted February 21, 1966, fixed a date <br />for a Council hearing on proposed Improvement No. 66-15, which <br />improvement proposes constructing stonn sewers and appurtenances in <br />an area of the Village of Roseville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten daysl published notice of the hearing through <br />two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing <br />was held thereon on the 9th day of March, 1966 at which time all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Improvement No. 66-15 is hereby ordered as proposed <br />in Council Resolution No. 1463 adopted February 14, 1966. <br />
