EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MARCH 14, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 14th day of March, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Shields and Grauel and the following member was absent: Trustee Goodrich Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1483. Ii RESOLUTION ADOPTING SUPPLE~ENTAL ASSESSMENT ON CERTAIN PARCELS OR PROPERTY WHICH ARE A PART OF SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 3 WHEREAS, the assessment roll on Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 was adopted by Resolution No. 486 dated the 15th day of September, 1961, and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and WHEREAS, there was an erroneous frontage in computing the assessment, and i~REAS, due notice of hearing on the proposed supplemental assessment was mailed to the property owners affected and publication made in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429.071, Subd. I, and a public hearing held on said proposed supplemental assessment on the 14th day of March, 1966, at which time all written and oral objections were presented and considered, and WHEREAS, it appears just, reasonable and necessary to correct the mistake in the assessment relating to the following described property: Fairview Heights Plat 4, Lot 5, Block IS NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE COUNCIL OF TIlE VILLA~ OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: The Village Council does hereby amend Resolution No. 491 pertaining to the assessment for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3 as follows:
