<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MARCH 14, 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />at the Village Hall in said Village on the 14th day of March, 1966, <br />at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Shields and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: Trustee Goodrich <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1483. Ii <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING SUPPLE~ENTAL ASSESSMENT ON CERTAIN PARCELS <br />OR PROPERTY WHICH ARE A PART OF SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll on Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 <br />was adopted by Resolution No. 486 dated the 15th day of September, 1961, <br />and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there was an erroneous frontage in computing the assessment, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />i~REAS, due notice of hearing on the proposed supplemental assessment <br />was mailed to the property owners affected and publication made in accordance <br />with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429.071, Subd. I, and a public hearing held <br />on said proposed supplemental assessment on the 14th day of March, 1966, at <br />which time all written and oral objections were presented and considered, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears just, reasonable and necessary to correct the mistake <br />in the assessment relating to the following described property: <br /> <br />Fairview Heights Plat 4, Lot 5, Block IS <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE COUNCIL OF TIlE VILLA~ OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Village Council does hereby amend Resolution No. 491 pertaining <br />to the assessment for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3 as follows: <br />
