<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MARCH 14 ,1966. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on the14 day of March ,1966, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm. Trustees Shields. Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Trustee Goodrich <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PART OF IMPROVEMENT 66-11 AND <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution Nos. 1457 and 1459 of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, adopted <br />January 29, 1966, fixed the dates for the Council hearings <br />on the proposed improvement now known as Improvement 66-11, <br />which is a combined improvement and proposes laying storm <br />sewers and appurtenances in the two areas in the Village <br />of Roseville, known as Area No. I and Area No. II; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these areas were designated in Resolution <br />No. 1479 of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, <br />Minnesota, adopted February 28, 1966; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1479, the Village Council <br />ordered part of Improvement 66-11 in that section known as <br />Area No. II of Improvement 66-11; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearings <br />through two weekly publications of the required notice was <br />given and hearings were held thereon on the 24th day of <br />February, 1966, and the 25th day of February, 1966, at <br />which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />
