Provide copies of the minutes of all meetings to the City which is then to keep them on file with other public documents at City Hall. and ~-oRB BB :IT PORTBBR RESOLVED, The Roseville Fire Relief Association Trustees shall: Recognize that the Council represents a class of people to whom the Trustees owe a specific statutory fiduciary duty and shall give 30 days advance written notice to the City Council (by notifying the City Manager) of all proposed changes in investment policies and thereafter give prudent consideration to any objec- tions received from the Council to such proposed investment policy changes.
