<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGUlAR MEETING OF THE VILlAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON MARCH 14, 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on March 14, 1966 at 7:30 p.m. The <br />following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Trustee Goodrich <br /> <br />Member Shields <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1488 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF OPTION AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE AND EUGENE McDONOUGH and LILLIAN <br />McDONOUGH. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville desires to obtain an option <br />on certain real property lying within the Village of Roseville, County of <br />Ramsey and State of Minnesota, and said property is owned by Eugene <br />McDonough and Lillian McDonough; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village and the McDonoughs want to enter into <br />an Option Agreement covering said real property, copy of which is attached <br />hereto a s Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA., AS FOLLOWS: <br />
