<br />Ii JMt.-#- (.0(" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of F~seville has heretofor~ approved and <br />adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation of a <br />sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by proper <br />proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of underground <br />sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be installed, maintained <br />and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville <br />needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, maintenance <br />and operation of sewer mains, pipes and appurtenances to an approximate <br />depth of 8 feet, together with ingress and egress over and through the <br />following described land in Ramsey County, Md1u~sota, under its powers <br />of eminent domain: <br /> <br />The West 20 feet of the East 153 feet of the East 259.44 feet <br />of Lot 34 of Thornton's Subdivision of Sec. 13,T. 29, R. 23, <br />except the N. 180.0 ft. of the E. 170.0 ft. and except the <br />N. 194.17 ft. of the W. 89.44 ft. thereof, and except the S. <br />179.70 feet, subject to widening of Rice Street, <br /> <br />RESOVED, further, that Beldin H.
