The Mayor, Village Clerk and the following council members were present: Curley, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: Goodrich *** *** *** The Clerk presented affidavits showing publication of notice of sale of $2,950,000 Water Improvement Bonds, Series 5 of the Village in the official newspaper and the Commercial West as required by law and as directed by resolution of the Council adopted January 29, 1966. The affidavits were examined and found satisfactory and directed to be filed in tre office of the Clerk.
