<br />The proceeds of said tax levies are hereby appropriated to the Water Improvement <br />Bond Sinking Fund, and said tax levies shall be irrepealable so long as any of <br />said bonds are outstanding and unpaid; provided, that the District reserves the <br />right and power to reduce the levies in the manner and to the extent permitted by <br />Minnesota Statutes 1961, Section 475.61. <br /> <br />7. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized a~d directed to file a certi- <br />fied copy of this resolution with the County Auditor of Ramsey County, together <br />with such other information as he shaJ.l require, and to obtain from said County <br />Auditor a cert1f'icate stating that the tax required by law for the payment of <br />said bonds has been levied, and that said bonds have been entered upon his <br />bond register. <br /> <br />8. The officers of the Village and the County Auditor of Ramsey County <br />are hereby authorized and directed to prepare and furnish to the purchaser of the <br />bonds and to the attorneys approvingthe legality of the issuance thereof certified <br />copies of all proceedings and records relating to said bonds and to the financial <br />affairs of the Village J and such other affidavits, certificates and information as <br />may be required to show the facts relating to the legality and marketability of <br />the bonds as the same appear from the books and records under their custody and <br />control or as otherwise known to them, and Slch certificates, certified copies and <br />affidavits, including any heretofore furnished, shall be deemed representatioos <br />of' the Village as to the correctness of all statements cootained therein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing reso1utioo was duly seconded <br /> <br />by ~ <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared dUly passed and adopted. <br />
