<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. A hearing shall be held on the l8 day of April <br />1966, in the Village Hall, at7;3<:>f'l.m., to pass upon such <br />proposed supplemental assessment and at such time and <br />place the owner of the property affected by such improve- <br />ment will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference <br />to such supplemental assessment. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager is hereby directed to cause <br />a notice of the hearing on the proposed supplemental assess- <br />ment to be published once in the official newspaper at least <br />two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall cause mailed <br />notice to be given to the owner of the parcel of property <br />proposed for the supplemental assessment, which is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Subject to County Road C, the West <br />60 feet of the East 260 feet of the <br />North 218 feet of the West 1/2 of <br />NEl/4 of NE 1/4i also except the <br />North 218 feet, the East 435 feet <br />of the W 1/2 of said 1/4 1/4 of <br />Section 11, Township 29, Range 23. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foreg0mg Resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Grauel , and upon a vote being <br />held thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA} <br />SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY } <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Manager of <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that <br />I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract <br />of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, held on the 28thday of March <br />1966, with the original on file in my office, and the same is <br />
